Summary

Based on the use for sim racing from my personal experience and internet research, I think that all of them are equally great in graphics. The differences are on the other 4 parts where one gives a thing and the other gives another. Some games are exclusively made only for their partnered brand. PC is great for every part except the pricing, while the consoles are great with their exclusive games and low pricing. On the other hand, XBox Series X has many previous generation games available with very cheap subscription. I personally chose PS5 due the their exclusive games I prefer and new form of haptic controllersAt the end of the day, it all depends on the person's use and preferences.
