Since the release of the amazing next gen consoles, PS5 and XBox Series X, the demand for new πŸ“Ί TVs have also increased. The reason is solely for the better graphics and higher refresh rates that can be provided via the newly released HDMI 2.1. With the power of outputting up to 8K capabilities, game console manufacturers have used it as the output to support their latest games developed at the best available quality in the market. As for racing simulator games, higher frames means smoother videos which means a slightly finer viewing for better performance. Before we start looking at the TVs, let's learn more about the new output port. πŸ‘‡

Now that we know about the latest cable, we move on to the TVs with the latest and greatest input port. Both of the next gen consoles, PS5 and XBox Series X, use the same technology and have identical resolution and framerates support. Nowadays, 8K TVs are still costly, have less available content, plus the current highest console output is at 4K120Hz, so it is irrelevant for this topic, that means comparison will only be for TVs that have the latest HDMI 2.1 support and are 4K. This comparison is only in general due to the identical main features that are available in most TVs. For the prices, each of them have many prices even on the very same region and platform, so it is better to just search for the e-commerce sites in your country region. Now, let's have a look at the 5 best πŸ‘ budget TVs that I have picked for game consoles. πŸ‘‡

πŸ“Ί Summary

In my opinion as I have stated in the starting that "expensive is not always the best", so for today 8K TV are still useless due to less content available. All the 4K TVs stated above are great in their own position. We can see one better in some ways, while others are better in another part. Only the Vizio TV has a downside on the refresh rate which is only at 60 Hertz, unlike others that are double 😭. On the Sony, there is Dolby Vision support for XBox Series X and HDR Tone Mapping which is exclusive to only PS5 and the Sony XR TVs 😎. For the others, features for gaming are pretty similar, so you can choose from any of them depending on your budget, usage and preferences on the software.
